May and one more Newsviner's Picks summary and I will be caught up, lets get the simple links first. May was the month that I wrote four of the summaries to get caught up. Here are the links to those, November, December, January, February/March. Now to the clipped articles. The first one is actually two articles which is a, "dramatization, a realistic fiction story based on an ACTUAL beating and rape that happened in Virginia last year to seven year old Sally (not her real name), in her own living room. It’s a story about healing, balance, and the reality that is found only by ‘Walking the Walk’." Damage Control, and The Observation Room, By Dale95 (Clipped by Holly-348328) are excellent reads, telling the story of Sally and her the steps here family took to get her the help she needed. "Showing, not telling, is the real master key to realistic learning."
Introducing Supervine! By KYPIAKOC (Clipped by Scott (Scoop) Butki), is just that an introduction to a new group, it seems that I did not read the rules too carefully, so have to unclip some articles, but sounds like it might be a good one to join. "The aim of SuperVine! is to bring the best Newsvine has to offer under a group where such premiere articles can be accessed. So if you read an article that impresses you, feel free to clip it to the group. There are just a few basic rules. You may only clip the original work of other Newsvine contributors. "
Is Filming the Police a Felony or a Right? By Herndon Davis (Clipped by Scott (Scoop) Butki), states a few cases of video tapping police and their tactics and the effects that act and the following court cases have had on the citizens that though nothing of picking up a camera and recording police officers doing their jobs. "But not every citizen journalist is out to stick it to police. Instead technology is viewed as the equalizer of truth, an opportunity to tell the full and complete story so that justice is served, not swept under the rug by a few rogue members of law enforcement."
Does Not Compute: Who can Fanthom the ReReg? [ME.], By tyler (Clipped by Scott (Scoop) Butki), is on that explains the probability of a banned or suspended member of this site has in creating a different membership and trying to mask, or not, his/her own identity. I would it very interesting. This completes my endeavor to catch up to the current month in summarizing each month of the Newviner's Picks Groups' articles and now to wait and read this months Picks.
